Just finished an appointment for Neck, head and shoulder nadasve. The therapist had no technique, no idea how to maaasage the back, she applied some cold oil and rubbed it over the back most of the time. Sometimes she was trying to access knots but had no clue! It was one of the worst massages I have had! I am regular at few other massage plačeš around wimbledon village. This place is a huge disappointment for massages. The head massage was the same situation in spite of requesting several times that I need deep pressure, the therapist failed to understand. Instead she said, they don’t do deep tissue massage. Waste of 119 pounds

I have been a regular customer for years at Lagoon for waxing. There staff are all brilliant, professional and help to keep it as comfortable as waxing can be. I had previously been to many other places, but since I found Lagoon, this is the only place I will go now. Very clean premises. Staff have regular training by the owner. Owners are always there to greet at the door and remain hands on. The best salon ever.
