Perfect. Friendly professional greeting and excellent first impressions of a calm, aesthetically pleasing environment. Pre-treatment questionnaire and formalities handled efficiently. Naima was fantastic. She advised me that the treatment I had ordered contained a peel and was not the most appropriate for my short term needs and she recommended a more effective facial which was actually less expensive. Good to see a company put the client's best interests ahead of its own! The facial was a wonderfully relaxing experience and I learned lots of great advice for looking after my skin. The end result was much better than I was expecting and I have already received several spontaneous comments about how well I am looking. I thoroughly recommend The Refinery. Thank you, Naima.
